    DV-60 Maintenance Guide

    I. Daily Maintenance
1.1 After each use, check for any residue on the light guide tip. Wipe the tip with a 75% alcohol swab to prevent contamination and maintain optimal light transmission.
1.2 Use disposable protective sleeves for protection. Do not reuse sleeves to avoid cross-contamination.
1.3 Operate the device within the rated working time as specified in the user manual to prevent excessive heat buildup that may damage teeth. After 5 consecutive uses, turn off the device and allow the LED to cool before restarting.
1.4 Before turning on the device, check that all LED lights are functioning. If any LEDs are not lighting up or their brightness is significantly reduced, contact after-sales service. Wear UV-protective goggles during inspection to protect your eyes from UV damage.
1.5 Keep the working environment clean and dry to prevent moisture, damage, or electrical leakage.
    II. Periodic Maintenance
2.1 Regularly clean the machine and its accessories with a soft cloth. Do not use cleaning agents containing chemicals to avoid damaging the device.
2.2 Regularly inspect the power cable for damage or aging to ensure stable power connection. Faulty power supply may cause equipment malfunction and delay treatments.
2.3 If the machine will not be used for a long period, separate and store the lithium battery and the main unit individually.
2.4 Periodically inspect the curing head. If there is visible damage or cracks affecting light output, replace it promptly.

    III. Disinfection Instructions
3.1 This product must not be disinfected using high-temperature or high-pressure methods. For cleaning or disinfection, wipe with clean water or disinfectant. Do not soak the device. Do not use volatile or corrosive solvents. For alcohol disinfection, it is recommended to soak a clean, dry gauze cloth in 75% ethanol disinfectant, wipe the surfaces to be disinfected twice, let it act for 3 minutes, and allow it to air-dry naturally or wipe off excess disinfectant with a clean, dry cloth.
    IV. Precautions
4.1 Ensure the device is powered off and unplugged before performing any cleaning or maintenance to avoid electric shock.
4.2 Use appropriate tools and materials; improper tools may damage the device.
4.3 Follow the operation and maintenance instructions strictly. Do not disassemble or modify the device. Contact professional service personnel for disassembly or repairs.
4.4 Before first-time use, charge the battery for 4 hours. If the battery is low, charge it promptly to avoid deep discharge. If not in use for an extended period, remove the battery and charge it every 3 months.
4.5 Use the product only within the intended scope specified in the manual. It must not be used for other purposes.
4.6 During clinical use, ensure the light is directed at the resin material being cured. Improper positioning may affect curing effectiveness.
4.7 Always use the manufacturer-provided light shield or protective goggles. Do not look directly into the light source as it may cause eye damage.
4.8 Use only the original charger. Using other chargers may damage the lithium battery and control circuits.
4.9 Do not place metal objects on the charging base to avoid internal circuit damage. Unplug the charger when not in use.
4.10 Charge the battery in a cool, well-ventilated indoor environment.
4.11 Do not crush, shake, or subject the battery to impact. Do not short-circuit the battery or store it with metal objects.
